Panama PANAMA - H.E. Anabella Guardia Escoffery de Rubinoff Credentials: 24.05.2018 Her Excellency Anabella Guardia de Rubinoff is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Austria, Permanent Representative to the United Nations and other International Organisations in Vienna. Prior to assuming this position, she was Ambassador of the National Council for Foreign Affairs (CONAREX), the consultation instance of the Ministry of Foreing Affairs of Panama, related to the Panamanian foreign policy, chaired by the Vice-president of Panama and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Isabel Saint Malo de Alvarado. From 2011 until her appointment as Ambassador, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Democracy and Freedom Foundation of Panama, whose flagship project is the Museum of Freedom and Human Rights in Panama City. Ambassador Guardia de Rubinoff was founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Women Corporate Directors of Panama (WCD-Panamá), an organisation formed by professional women, members of boards of directors. Between 1996 and 2001, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Corporación La Prensa, Editorial Director and publisher of the newspaper La Prensa, and from 2000 to 2001, she was elected president of the Board of Directors. Her Excellency Anabella Guardia de Rubinoff is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Austria, Permanent Representative to the United Nations and other International Organisations in Vienna.
