December 2023: joined the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Austria as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Austria and Permanent Representative to the United Nations and International Organizations in Vienna. Concurrent to Hungary, Serbia, the Czech Republic and Slovenia
2017-2023: Coordinator in the areas of cooperation and trade with the European Union, within the framework of the different regional platforms based in Brussels: Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific (ACP), Latin America and the Caribbean (CELAC), Caribbean (Cariforum), Central America (SICA). Director of Financial and Administrative Department of the Embassy; in charge of personnel
2009: Promoted to Minister Counselor, and monitored the relations of the Dominican Republic with the European Union in terms of trade and cooperation. Presidency of the CELAC‐EU technical negotiation team (CELAC presidency of the Dominican Republic)
2005: Promoted to Counselor at the same headquarter and was part of the trade negotiation team for the Cariforum‐EU Economic Partnership Agreement, as well as for the political negotiations for the review of the ACP‐EU Cotonou Agreement. She provided technical support to the presidency of the Dominican Republic of the ACP Group and to the coordination of the Dominican Republic of the Cariforum Group in Brussels. 2002: Transferred as First Secretary to the Embassy of the Dominican Republic to the Kingdom of Belgium and Mission to the European Union (concurrent to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Kingdom of the Netherlands) as expert in charge of Trade Negotiations with the European Union to follow up on the implementation of the Cotonou Agreement (ACP ‐ Africa, Caribbean and Pacific/EU ‐ European Union) and the negotiations on access to the European market for bananas and Dominican sugar
